New Semester = fresh start

Well the final semester of the year has begun and I have high hopes for each of you. Let's begin with positive attitudes and an atmosphere of respect; the past is behind us and the future is unknown. You have the opportunity to reinvent yourself this semester; if you have been in my class before then show me the best possible you, and if you have never had the pleasure of enjoying my classroom, well now's your chance to become the student you're mom always wanted you to be! I do not listen to rumors or judge a student before I have been able to make an assessment for myself and I hope you will extend me the same courtesy.
I will do my best to provide a welcoming educational environment that will promote success, and you will do your best to allow your fellow students to learn and grow.
